Facility Use Rate:

Daily: $50 Weekly: $250 Monthly: $800

Facility Available 24/7

Requirements:

  • Trainers must carry insurance/ 1 Million liability umbrella Required

  • Some type of accredited CPT Certification

  • CPR/AED REQUIRED

  • Clients pay no fee to facility for training session but must sign liability waiver.
